A large group of girls at a girls' rugby day

Girls' rugby in Clane

We at Clane try to make the club an attractive place for all young girls to learn and enjoy the game of rugby. Our girls start off in the Minis section, allowing all of our young players to discover the game and learn its skills and rules together. Once our players have built up their foundations in the game, they move on to our Youths teams. At this level we play as Wolves with our neighbouring clubs, so players from every club get to enjoy rugby together.

We currently have dedicated girls' teams competing at U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, and U18 level. For registration details, see our Join page.

Our girls' rugby coordinator is Una Holstead. To get in touch, use our contact form.

We are also always on the lookout for new coaches and volunteers. If you'd like to get involved, please contact our Girls Coordinator or any of us at the club. We would love to have you!
